Summer Art Camp is a special seasonal program designed for young artists ages 5-12. Throughout the summer, children participate in live online art classes while also receiving access to video lessons they can watch anytime.
Students will explore a variety of art mediums while learning new techniques step-by-step from award-winning instructor Nimmy Melvin.

From colorful Oil pastels, Prismacolor drawings, watercolor paintings and acrylic masterpieces, we can’t wait to showcase the incredible artwork our young artists have created and celebrate their artistic growth with our community.

Contest Timeline?
Submission Period:
July 13 – Saturday, August 22, 2026
Students may submit their favorite artwork created during Nimmy’s Art Summer Camp 2026.
Winner Announcement:
August 24, 2026 – The 10 selected winners will be announced through our social media channels and newsletter.
Judging:
Our judge, Nimmy, will review each entry based on:
- Creativity
- Effort and Participation
- Artistic Growth
- Overall Presentation
The winning artwork will also be featured on our website, blog, and social media pages as part of our Artist Spotlight Blog
How To Submit?
1. Take a picture in landscape format, holding your artwork.
Note: If they wish to submit multiple entries, we recommend submitting one photo per artwork. So if you’re submitting more than one, please take a separate photo of your child holding each artwork individually.
2. Complete the Contest Submission Form.
3. Upload the photo and artwork details before the submission deadline.
